Anyone here losing the disability tax credit since their type 1 child is now 15 due to the new interpretation from CRA?

My daughter was just approved again recently. You have to re-apply for the Disability Tax Certificate after 5 years. We had to submit the same forms as when we originally applied and have the endo fill out his part.

I have not heard about any "new interpretations", but would appreciate learning if you will share.

I send a 5 page letter, detailing my day, even though most of it isn't considered, every 5 years , so far, I've been approved. I also include my husband as helping.
