How to bolus for fried chicken

    Definately an outdoor, eat fried chicken and mac salad kind of day. How do you bolus for this? Dual? How long?

    Is the chicken fried with a light batter? I think if it is quite thick (like KFC) it is around 8 grams of carb per piece. If there isn't any coating on the chicken and you have a plain salad with dressing(check dressing) cheese raw veges - it is almost a carb free meal. Enjoy!

    Some parents with tiny children count an egg as one gram of carb - so the meat might be 1/2grams - but it is such low gi. if your child was active - it wouldn't count. IMO. :) Watch for lows if having a LOT of fun.:D
