    Hello hello!

I've lived with T1 and celiac disease for about 11 years, almost 12, and hold about 15 records in drug-tested national powerlifting. I've worked as a personal trainer after college, but today I am a cognitive health and chronic illness coach. Basically I help people determine what their dream are, set goals and help them actually reach those goals.

In life with diabetes, well, it's never easy but I do believe that living well with this disease begins with the thoughts in your head, and we control those thoughts. Sometimes it feels like it's all hard-wired and we don't have a choice, but I've done it my own life and I hope to help others do the same: build new wiring, new ways of thinking, new habits, etc.

Anyways, just wanted to say hello!
