My 3 yo has been displaying symptoms recently--have been checking her randomly (mostly as she is begging for food and the potty together), highest numbers have been around 120 a couple hours after eating/drinking. Our peds endo just said to keep watching her, and if we get any fasting BGs over 110 to call immediately. Said we could be seeing really early signs, or just a behavior (my prayer of course).
