So, here is the story: I have a two and a half year old son who has recently been diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic. He is doing well, but is still in hospital as his body is adjusting to the insulin intake. The issue for us, is that we do not live in the US. We are currently located in a LED country, where few specialists are available for this type of condition in children. As a result, we will be returning to the US to have access to the proper care.

I will have numerous questions regarding medical facilities, gadgets, diet management, etc. as this is all new to us. I appreciate the support of parents who are dealing with the same issues.
