    So, I graduated from hs last night; class of 2009!! It's pretty surreal, and very exciting! I can't believe it, haha. I'm officially a college student, and no longer a highschooler. It was a bittersweet day. At first I was sad, especially after our senior slide show- they had pictures of us from 7th and 8th grade, we were all so little! I cried after it, as did my friends. Just a bunch of memories from through the years. It was really nice, our class advisors put it together for us. But afterward I was excited. I made it, we all made it- all 552 of us in my graduating class! With every end starts a new beginning, and I am so ecstatic to be closing this chapter and starting a new one in my life. High school definitely changed me, from a diabetes diagnosis as a freshman, watching as my dad battled leukemia 5 months later, and my anxiety as a junior which caused me to miss almost my entire junior year, to being at the top, a senior, and crossing the finish line. It's been a battle, but it was totally worth it. :)

    And as one of my best friends would like to put it- "Out of the zoo and into the jungle!" :rolleyes::D

    Here are some pictures of my graduating class (there are a ton of us!);

    You know I just thought of this....we weren't allowed to throw our caps in the air. They (whoever "they" are:rolleyes:) said that if we did we weren't getting our diplomas. It's always been that way at our school, I don't know why.

    Thank you. Haha. Our graduation was lots of fun. Yeah 552 of us that graduated. But thats nothing, it's only because one town built their own high school. Two years ago, the graduating class was 720 something people!!! :eek:
    Thanks. :)

    We were encouraged to throw our caps in the air! Maintenance picked them up for us. They do it like that every year. :)

    My graduating class had 30 :) We were not allowed to throw our caps, use silly string, or have blow horns.

    Haha. That's really cool though. There were kids I've never even heard of or seen before that I graduated with, haha. I know most of them, but there were a few I really had no idea about. You guys probably all pretty much knew each other and everything, which is very nice. :)
