I spoke with my endo's office on Monday or was it Tuesday? I can't remember because I am SO excited. They told me that the doctor signed the script and it was OFF. So however long it takes, I'll get my PUMP. I am so excited about this.

And last month, I received my 50 year medal from the Joslin Diabetic Center. So this has been a pretty good year for me.

    Awesome!

I have no "medals" but ive been on the boat for over 30 years with no complications as well.

Is this your first pump ever or just first time with tslim?

If you submit an application to Joslin, you can get your 25 year certificate. And congratulations for no complications.

This is my first pump. I was hesitant about getting one. In August, I started to cry when I was going to give my bedtime injection of Lantus. I decided then that 50 years of using the vial and syringe was enough.
