We've been using the copay card for almost 3 years now. When we started, our copay went from from $50 to $15. Last year the cost increased every few months. We're now paying $35, which means the card only saves us $5 off our current copay. Ive checked the EOBs & the contract price has a only increased $12 per 100 strips 3 years. Is anyone else seeing this?

Same here. I use this promise card for our freestyle strips. I used to pay $15, now it is about $30.
