DH has bought some of these and Griffin was running inexplicably high. Well, the package said that 4 pieces weighed 52 grams (33g of carb). DH finally decided to weigh them and 3 pieces weighed 54 grams. We called their customer service, but they did not feel they were in error.

Just goes to show that you really do need to weigh everything yourself. ((sigh))

You are so right about the importance of weighing. The FDA allows food nutriton labels to up to 20% off. I have found this to be so true and weigh everything. There just have been too many times the nutrition labels don't match what I am seeing on the scale, etc.
