Here is a receipe for easy cobler I wanted to share. 1 20oz. can crushed pineapple 1 Betty Crocker yellow gluten free cake mix 1 can Comstock pie filling or topping (apple, peach, berry delight, strawberry) 1 cup melted butter Pour the pie filling into a 9X9 baking dish and spread out. Pour the crushed pineapple over the pie filling (DO NOT DRAIN) Pour the yellow cake mix over the pie filling and spread out (DO NOT STIR) Pour the cup of butter over the cake mix Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 for 45 minutes. It is good with cool whip or ice cream on top. I called Comstock (1-800-270-2743) and they said all their pie fillings are gluten free. I have made the berry delight and the peach and both were very good.
