    I think that study is directly targeting the science behind Theranos (which has recently been the subject of great controversy).

    It would be interesting to do that study with blood glucose levels, but I don't think it could be done using home meters, because of the variability of those meters. You'd never know if the BG in the drop was different, or the meter was just telling you it was different. But a commercial lab might be able to......
