DD's 18K (10+ mile) run

    Ok, that will do it. DD went a little low in one of our training runs and felt like crap. We stopped and walked while we carbed her up, and then headed straight home (which at that point was 3 K away). She did not want to run any more than she needed to to get home on that day, as she didn't feel great.

    But there were no lasting ill effects - she felt fine later that afternoon. :cwds:
