https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/fsn3.1323 I would appreciate anyone's input. Thanks to Mr Levy's analysis we found a Teplizumab phase 3 human trial for recent onset t1d that we could do. Teplizumab isn't a cure and the trial requirements seems rather taxing on a child. Has anyone found any other animal tested studies that look at t1d cures or honeypot extensions that happen to use over the counter medicine, or look at dietary changes? Something that would be safe to potentially implement at home? Thank you
That's an interesting question. I don't follow treatments that have only been tested on animals, but the following have at least started testing in people, meaning they have already been tested in animals.
