Right, I guess I can use this as an introduction and question all in one. Names Ryan, and im 18 Since I was 5, I have suffered from sJIA (Systemic Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis) and have been taking the corticosteroid Prednesolone for 13 years. Now, these drugs can cause you to put on weight, and may lead to you becoming obese... My question is, I can't get on a dose low enough for the added weight to disappear, and strenous exercise is too tiring on my joints to be able to do any huge amount of physical activity. Therefore, does anyone know of any exercises that are generally easy to do, that can help me get rid of weight around my tummy area, and build up muscle on my legs and arms? Thanks!
