Hey, just wondering how many of you out there have not only diabetes but also celiac disease. I was diagnosed in December of 2010 with diabetes and in February 2011 with celiac. It was VERY HARD at first but I actually think that a lot of the gluten-free food tastes better than normal food. I even hope to one day start a gluten-free fast food chain. Anyone else have tips, stories, or recipes for anyone living gluten-free.
