carb loading??

    Had a scary night, details in the opinions wanted post below.

    I know that many athletes "carb load" in order to make sure they have anough glycogen stores.
    I'm wondering if I should do that??? With so many lows last night and not one rebound I'm wondering if glucagon would have even worked???

    Going to make some homemade spaghetti sauce right now
