Oh my gosh, I made this yesterday for lunch it was soooooooo good. Had left overs and reheated for lunch again today. Then in cold water to cool them, peeled them, cubed them. I also browed my onions in the butter. Also I did not put the entire 7 cups of milk. I used 4 cups of skim milk, 3 cups of water, and 2 cups of powered milk. Left Cheese as some does not like that much cheese in their soup. But this was sooo good, I am saving this one. Chell has some too. I estimated 1 cup about 27 carbs. Blood sugars came out great.
