    Hi all,
I'm not quite sure why we have so much trouble obtaining supplies every 90 days, but here is our latest dilemma. We are due for our 90-day supply of sensors from Dexcom. Carecentrix is refusing to submit it to the insurance company because they are saying that our insurance terminates at the end of December. (A) Our insurance coverage is continuing but is just renewed on January 1st every year. And (B) why should this matter if the prescription is active and being filled by the end of the calendar year? They will only authorize a 1-month supply. Anyone else having to deal with this? We've met deductible, and sensors will cost us a 1/3 of the price to have filled now versus on January 1st.
