Done! While I probably "could" eat less of the stuff, I'm fairly good there. Hard to call it "lots", but I'm a lot better than I used to be on that. Alcohol -done Tobacco -done NSAIDS - a little iffy Tonnes of sun for the vitamins D, plus the drinkable variety B12 - don't purposefully take it specifically, but have never been found to be deficient Eeeeeh, not so much Done. I do try Ooops! No seriously, better than I used to be I wouldn't know if I did.
