Thank you SO much! Although my daughter's major is not in culinary arts, she is very much interested in them and has taken quite a few classes.

Poor thing - the Saturday immediately after her Wednesday diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes, she was scheduled to take a class called "Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate"....which she did! She was determined. She bought home samples for us.

So...after we get past this immediate "in the dumps" week with her, I'll share the link. She will be thrilled. She loves to cook, but she REALLY likes to bake!
