Are you able to text Jayden during the day?

I check in frequently by text with "Sensor?" and "Check BG now." This works pretty well for us. (in addition to having the cellphone added into the 504 --Thanks again for your advice on that Jennifer-- I had a quick meeting with the team of teachers who all are OK with the her texting me.

Of course, it is not adding to the independence -- I'm hoping she is absorbing that!

I am glad the teachers are ok with that! I can text her, but she probably won't text me back. Even though she can have her phone, she doesn't use it at school unless she has a real emergency.

We are doing better with numbers, though...I made a pretty big adjustment to basals and so far, so good!
