Default Texting from the iPhone

I have noticed since I got my iPhone people without iPhones say sometimes they do not see my text, just blank page or that part of the text is there.
Anybody else have this problem?

I haven't come across this yet, but I don't text all that much. How do you turn off the MMS messaging?

Go into Settings, then under Messaging. There select off for MMS. I think this is only for iPhone 4 though.
