Smile summer camp for children with type 2 diabetes
Hi! I work in San Jose, CA and wanted to let people know about a camp for kids ages 8-15yr. who have type 2 diabetes. It will be August 17-21 at Mayfair Community Center. Please call my office or the Diabetes Society for more information! 408-794-1065. Liz Best
