How many carbs does your child consume in an average day?
I have been going over Adin's info. Which arose my curiousity about how many carbs other children consume in an average day?
Adin is 3 and consumes on average 150 carbs a day.

Sam averages between 200-230

Aidan is 2 and on average eats 80 grams of carbohydrate a day. Around 40 for breakfast, 20 lunch and 20 dinner.

Between 125 and 150 per day. He's 2 years old, 3 feet tall, and almost 27 pounds.

ella is 5, 45 lbs, and has about 185 : 30 breakfast, 60 lunch, 60 dinner and 3 15g snacks. That schedule is changing, though and she will probably want less - they set that one up for us at the hospital, and it's a bit too much for her.

Maddie's almost 11. 95% for height and weight.
Breakfast 30g Snack 20g Lunch 60g Afternoon snack 20g Dinner 60g. Total 190g on average Growing like a weed and always hungry!

Ava's two, and eats about 130 give or take
25 breakfast, 15 snack, 30 lunch, 20 snack, 40 dinner more or less. She eats too much meat though to try to have some free foods. She's a carnivore.

O is 4 and weighs about 48 lbs and consumes between 110 and 130 carbs.
