My 14 year old daughter wears it. We love it!! She's very active in sports and it's been great!

Have you all found the insurance companies are willing to cover the Omnipod like they are the pump? I never had problems getting the pump and supplies covered. Thank you!

You just hit on the biggest problem. Insulet is a new company and does not have contracts with all of the insurance providers. Insulet's benefits people will help you. They can tell you with a phone call if your provider will accept it. If not, submit the paperwork and enter the appeal process if you really want it.

My friend rachel was saying at diabetes camp recently that she had the omini pod for about a month. she said she liked the idea but it needs more work. She said when it was big and bulky cause u could see it through her shirt and she was also saying that it was constantly hurting when it injected insulin.
