Default ROFL!! New purpose for the multiclix..

I just went to test Deacon for the final time tonight. Deacon sort of woke up when I poked his pinky. I put the multiclix on his stomach while I filled the strip. Deacon reached for it, put the rounded end into his mouth and tried to drink from it. I switched it with his sippy. I laughed heartily on my way out of his room. ROFL!! His diabetes is definitely giving me tons of embarrassing stories for his teenage years.

How cute...are you writing all of these stories down so you don't forget all the little details?

I write down what all my children have done everyday in a journal for each of them. It is time consuming but it helps me remember the stories. I think they will treasure them when they grow up. I started doing this because I was forgetting at what age did my older two sons walked, talked, etc..

I think they'll treasure them too! I wish I would have done that. But, thinking back I wouldn't have had the energy! LOL!

I do not know how I have the energy to do it. I felt compelled to do it though which is why it is such a habit for me to do now.

I told him what he did with the lancet last night and he said, "No. I didn't. That isn't a sippy." I just thank god that it was the safe end. He is too young for a tongue piercing.
