Default Can weather cause strange numbers?

I am just wondering if weather can cause strange numbers. Deacon had been doing really well but then it has gotten wacky. This morning he woke up with a 68. He had his bedtime snack and the regular amount of Lantus. I just do not understand how he woke up low.

Yes, a lot of us believe the weather can have an affect as well as the full moon! Ross ALWAYS goes high during a full moon!

Definately! Weather does affect insulin. Different climates do too. For example, for us, Seth needs less insulin in the summer as the heat makes the insulin work better. when it's cold here, he needs less. However, for those who live in the snow, they need less when it's REALLY cold too, snow cold. That's because the body is using energy to keep warm and for exercise when their outside playing, at recess, or in the yard.

Weird eh?
