Default anyone work for AT&T?

Hello everyone! I'm just wondering if any of you work for AT&T. My husband works for them and they have this crazy new insurance plan that I don't really understand. I'm trying to figure out how to get our supplies. If anyone works for them please let me know so I can PM you. Thanks!

You should contact their human resource department, that would be the best avenue for getting information I would think.

My cousin's husband does, and she has premie twins. She usually complains about the insurance because we go through some of the same things, but I haven't heard anything from her lately. If you want, PM me your questions and I can ask her about her experiences.

My husband was thinking about interviewing there too. We'll see.

Always remember to check: Is the insulin bad? Is your child sick? Has their activity level gone down?
Sometimes it's the simple things that we over look. So always keep it in mind before you drive yourself crazy.

Default not that easy with AT&T

yeah, you would think that contacting their HR would be the way to go but its just NOT that simple. Just looking for someone who may have actual experience with the insurance.

Dosnt the insurance card or the packet they send have the number to call if you have any questions? If not look up the company online and find the contact us link for a phone number then maybe suggest they make the number for questions more readily available after you've gotten all your questions answered of course!
