I posted this in my only other post in this thread, my son has had apples that are over 20 carbs. I mean, they were huge 200-300 gram apples, not the little bagged store apples, but still. Do you not have a lot of fruit? I am very curious about what a diet would look like with this low carb. The only thing I'm thinking is a salad at lunch and dinner, and definitely no ice cream for dessert.

Time to close this and let everyone remember that diabetes is the enemy, not each other.
