Here are a couple I use:
Find Me Gluten Free has a decent list of restaurants. The # of reviews is still fairly small, but it gave us a good starting point while we were traveling to 4 other states this summer. Is That Gluten Free? is a fairly comprehensive food database--you can search by brand, food category and ingredient. It includes when GF status was validated with the company, usually includes the company's phone # and website, and also give you a place to add your own notes on any product. It was especially helpful for me at the beginning of diagnosis when I was grocery shopping.

It depends what your looking for but I've been using the allergy fooducate app for my iphone. So far its worked great, its more for food shopping situations.

Gluten free registry is a good one, it finds gluten free restaurants and stores in your set radius. Lots of reviews of the restaurants so you know if you trust their gf menu.
