Default Recycling

Does anyone know if Lantus pens are recyclable? I haven't found a symbol on it, but these days most plastic is recyclable so I was wondering if it is anyway. Also minimed reservoirs? I hate throwing so much stuff in the landfill.

I would contact my local waste management company to get that information.

I break out the glass cartridge inside, use a needle to pop out the stopper, recycle the glass, and throw away the rest. It's hard to get the glass out without making a mess of broken glass though.
