It was something that my previous endo knew about and when my records were transferred, I know it said history of an ED. The new endo asked me what that meant and I explained it referred to diabulimia and it was no longer active.
The problem is that in the past this is something that I would not hesitate to own up to because my pump was funded by private insurance. Now it is gov?t funded and by definition, I could lose my funding by asking for help.
If diabulimia is in the DSM as a subtype of bulimia by definition this is something I am suffering with and I do not believe it should dictate how my diabetes is treated, and I know first hand you can omit insulin just as successfully omit insulin on injections or pump. In fact, I tend to think injections might be more problematic.
Anyways, any suggestions are welcome and I realize some people will negatively judge me for posting this and those individuals can also post.

They'll be able to help you deal with doctors, insurance, and all the issues that arise when a diabetic has eating disorders!!
