Schar Ciabatta rolls
Had a nice surprise in the mailbox saturday....free gift from Schar breads. They sent a full size package of the Ciabatta rolls. Danielle tried one & very yummy! They also sent a coupon book & info that they have a new manufacturing plant in NJ....which means it should be easier to get their products in stores & hopefully help the price come down, with not being imported.

Since most ciabatta bread is made with olive oil, are these rolls more moist than most of the GF rolls?
Are they hard-crusty on the outside, or crusty-chewy?

Danielle says they are crusty on the outside(we put in toaster oven for 10 min). Inside she said was like an Udi's hamburger bun, right after defrosting
I did not eat any....left them for her....but they looked very yummy! I wanted to eat one

Schar products are quite wonderful. And they pretty much all need a quick toasting to be perfect to eat.
I haven't tried the ciabatta rolls, but I will now. Thanks for the review!
