Default Verio strips - CatalystRx

Our insurance prescription benefits just changed to CatalystRx. I haven't yet filled any prescriptions through them, and am having a hard time getting information regarding which strips are covered. My daughter would like to switch to the one touch verio IQ. We recently got a meter from the endo, and one touch is the preferred strip. Catalyst customer service couldn't tell me if the verio strips are covered. I know it's a long shot, but has anyone with Catalyst benefits had luck getting the verio strips paid for? TIA
