Default need recipes

Hi everyone! I'm new here but have a favor. For a JDRF walk fundraiser, we've decided to make and sell sugar free and/or low card cookbooks. I would love for any recipes you would be willing to share. Anything and everything would be appreciated. (and even better if they include carb counts) I would also love substiutions you use and other baking/cooking tips.

Thanks so much!!

Hi. I'd like to suggest you post this in the parents forum. It gets so much more traffic. Lots of people here have great recipes.

A cookbook sounds like a great fundraiser. I know I love them. Though may I ask why a sugar-free one? The real stuff is so much better tasting. I think so many people already have the misconception that people w/diabetes can't have sugar.

I love the idea of including the carb counts. Good Luck! And Welcome!
