Default Blood sugar cheat sheet for the teacher

I'm strangely proud of this. Maybe it's because I'm a visual learner, but I thought this might help Charlotte's teacher. She can stick it on the wall, or someplace easy to reference. I'm going to color it in with red, yellow and green according to the bg numbers. (too lazy to figure out how to do that on the computer)

ETA: The teacher won't be doing any blood sugar checks herself. Charlotte will go to the nurse for that. But she will have her Dex on that the teacher can check at certain times of the day.

That's a great idea. Should be really easy for the teachers to follow.

I did it in Photoshop. I took a clipart image of a thermometer and changed it all around. If anyone wants it, I can delete the words and leave the numbers so it can be printed out and written by hand according to your child's individual target range.

As a fellow "visual learner" this chart is perfect! I would love a copy....I have photoshop, but maybe you could upload a pdf link and folks could download that. Again great job....I'm sure your dd's teachers will appreciate this useful tool!
