Request for confirmation
I am not a Caremark customer and they have not replied to my request for confirmation that they will be shipping with ice pack in ALL shipments from now on. See below. I fail to see how this is a "clinical" issue. If you are a Caremark customer, would you be so kind as to call and ask them to confirm and let us know the response?
