AEtna- know of anyone who has been approved?

We have been fighting with Aetna for coverage of a CGM & are getting nowhere. :mad: I see here that it says that they will approve it on a case-by-case basis, but I have yet to hear of anyone who has actually been approved. Does anyone actually know of an Aetna patient who has been approved?:

I'm in the process of fighting it now. I just got a call yesterday requesting more information. So hopefully within a week or so we should know something. This will be our first attempt at the appeal. How many times have you tried?

We have officially been denied (via appeals) three times. :mad:

We got our first denial letter yesterday!!! I already have a response typed up with more facts. I'm going to mail this one back tomorrow!!!
