Anyone know anything about lactobacillus cultures

I found a 2 ounce drink at the local Walmart that has been working really well for lows and it says contains lactobacillus cultures. It was in the Mexican section and is called Bio Salud! I cannot read alot of the package because it is in Mexican but the jist I get is that it is benefitial bacteria? We have been using these for night time lows since they are so small and have 8 carbs which is the perfect boost for Hailey. I do not want to give these to her too often if it would be harmful so I am turning to you all for some insight :) I tried googling it and I was getting lots of sites trying to sell supplements with it but none had any good information.

I figured for 88 cents for a 5 pack it wouldn't hurt to try :o

I think your right...Good bacteria, the AZO tablets have it too, and our pharmacist mentioned that it was a good thing:D

when riley was in the hospital this summer for a lot of gastro problems, her pedi recommended a lactobicilus supplement to sprinkle on her food. said it is supposed to help the digestive track heal. so, i think it should be fine!

It's a good live bacteria/probiotic, and we take it before and during (only in chewable pill form) vacationing in Mexico as preventative for traveler's intestinal issues. :)
