I usually get a weekly planner, that covers the whole year, it is about 5x7 size, has room for extra notes and stuff, I got mine at Walmart last year and it costs around $4.

DH and DD both use an excel spreadsheet, double sided, seven days on each side. It's simple, only has spaces for BG, carbs eaten, basal, and bolus, plus some room for notes. We don't like to carry any bulky logbooks.:)
If you would like the file, PM me with your addy and I'll send it to you.

Hi, I get our log books from Bayer Health. It is called a Clinilog. They are free and they send you 3 at a time. Their number is 1-800-445-5901. They are about a 3 X 5 size and they give you date, time, breakfast bs, med w/ comment, then lunch, dinner and snack, same set up. Sorry but I could night find a picture or a link to the inside of the book to show you.
