Braden is now supposed to be corn-free for the next month in addition to the gluten free diet. Any suggestions? I looked at our gluten free foods in the pantry and corn free eliminates about 80% of those. I thought gluten free was tough, but it is beginning to look like a cake walk compared to eliminating corn as well.

Hi Kristi,

Yeah, corn is tough...

What kind of problems is it causing?

Here's some corn info for you.

http://cornallergens.com/ - i've been to this one before. It's pretty good. It covers a lot of ground.

If you want hop over to CeliacForums.com (http://www.celiacforums.com/), we've got a gal [MrsP] over there that is very well versed in corn and all of it's forms.

Good luck!!
