Do you think that it is possible for our children who wear pumps to bolus themselves purposefully, though accidentally, while they are sleeping? Do you know what I mean? Like, maybe they have a dream that they are high and they bolus to correct for it while mostly asleep. You know, kind of like the dream that you are going to the bathroom, and you really do  What, you mean that doesn't happen to anyone else? ;) I'm just curious...we haven't had anything happen that makes me wonder. It's just that the whole motion of bolusing and correcting sometimes seems so ingrained and routine for my son, that I could actually see how that might happen. I know the sequence of buttons that need to be pushed helps to prevent things like this from happening. But still, I wonder if this has happened to anyone.

Hasn't happened to my son that I've known of, Boo. I don't think he's had D related dreams - or maybe he just hasn't shared them. :cwds: It's kind of a scary thought though isn't it. Let's hope it won't ever happen! How 'bout those Steelers today?!!!:D - assuming you're a fan from Pittsburgh like me! :)

I know someone who used to pump and kept going low cause she would bolus at night. That's the only time I've ever heard of it though, and it seems unlikely. You can try locking the pump at night.
