So this weekend Ross mentioned he wanted chocolate milk. Not sure how he knows about chocolate milk because he has never had any.
I told him fine, I don't have any chocolate, but when I go to the store later we can get some. He say to me (he is 3 1/2 years old) "But I can't have chocolate milk because I have diabetes. Kiera (4 year old in his class) says I can't have it until my diabetes goes away."
Now, I can't believe that this starts at this age! I mean obviously her parents must have told her that, but I don't want him thinking he will not get to have stuff. But I have to admit, imagining this conversation amongst 3-4 year olds kind of cracks me up.
