So last week I was mad at the pod - it ran it's 3 day course and when we went to change the pod there was some blood in the cannula. :o
I just hate not knowing what the problem is - so I freak a bit. Is he growing, do I need to change his insulin needs, do we have a bent cannula, is there blood in the cannula, is the insulin old, is the pump not working??? There are just too many "what ifs"!
Today he's at preschool and I've already gotten 2 calls from the teacher - he's hovering in the normal range - but the normal range is also that "not much room before I crash" range. So he's been pounding the crackers this morning.
I'm hating the big D today!
