I'm sure someone can direct me to a website that I can have a medical ID bracelet for my 2 year old son. I've checked out lots of sites but they all seem to be too big. Any suggestions?

Hailey's favorite is the medical ids at the following site and they do have sizes for younger kids. I am actually ordering more tonight and we are going up to the adult size so she can loosen it a bit.

After much research we found a company called Fiddledee IDs. I started looking when my daughter was 18 months and finally found this company just before her 3rd birthday after going through several other bracelets that were always too big and bulky. Christina from Fiddledee is fabulous. She is very accessible for questions and makes all the IDs custom. She can help you with how to measure and then makes the bracelet to fit your child. I managed to measure incorrectly and she fixed it for free. The other reason we liked the IDs from this company is because many of the IDs can be used as your child continues to grow. The bracelet part can simply be resized or you can get a new one.
Hope this helps! http://www.fiddledeeids.com/medical-id-bracelets.php

This is where we got Christians. We just recently made our own interchangable bracelets. Now he has, I think, 4 or 5 different ones.:D

we use the ultra light child braceletes here http://www.n-styleid.com/childrens_medical_alert_bracelets.htm I think he's been on the same bracelet (we bought two to go with the metal part) since July? Not sure but he wears it in water and it's held up well. Tony is 2 ;) Here's a pic of it

I use Medids.com for Brandon. It is a stainless steel clamp style that he cannot get off himself, and it will not break for ANYTHING. You can also customize the size down to 1/4", and you can put info on both sides.

We made one by selecting a bracelet that Zoe liked and then ordering a medic charm that we engraved Type 1 Diabetes on the back. People have commented on how cute her "charm" bracelet is - I figure those that know to look for it will know what it is. Best of luck in your search, be creative since he will wear it everyday.

Adin has a Spiderman one from petitebaubles. She can make them any size and I liked that you could put info on front and back. I also liked that it is in proportion to his hand.

He originally had their puka shell one but I had to reorder when we changed Endos so we switch back and forth.

We have the medic alert silver bracelet for Tessa. Got it when she was first diagnosed at 18 mos. I got their smallest size and took it to a jewelry kiosk in our mall to have some links removed. After 3 years, we just now are getting ready to order a new one. It never leaves her wrist.

try mediband in australis, they do great rubber ones that don't come off. Cheap too but you might want to order afew in different sizes to cover the postage. Have added a photo and you can get different wordings, insulin dependent diabetic, t1 diabetic and something to do with pumping.
We lost 3 medical alerts in 6 months so they were way to costly to keep replacing.

i just enrolled on this forum . i have my own site on medical id bracelets and necklaces and i do it because my father is type 2 and can't get it controlled.so i decided to make my small business. My site is www.idtagsforall.com and are low cost bracelets. They are many medical conditions that requires a bracelet, but the patient can't afford 50 or 60 dollars on it. This for me is not an adversitment, i want to know how i can help my father also. if you believe that i don't belong to this forum let me know and i will cancel my account immediately. thanks, Luis

We've gotten custom silicone bracelets from a seller called familystorefront on ebay. Caleb loves them. I'm able to have both his T1 and peanut allergy engraved as well as my phone numbers. Come in various colors and one of his favorites is tiger orange.

My daughter will only wear the silcone bracelets. Familystorefront on Ebay has many sizes and will engrave anything you need. these are also great for swimming, sports, etc. This is a great company, very caring, professional - we will be ordering more in the future.
