Aussie Teen with D and CD!

Well hey...I am ordinary Aussie 13 year old teen girl but with a difference, like most people on this forum; I have type 1 diabetes, as well as coeliac disease.
There are societies here in Oz for both D and CD but I feel like there isn't much for teens (most of it is in the big cities; far from where I live)...I have started up an MSN Group, but I want to start something big. That's about all!!

I'm from the UK. One of my favourite Diabetes websites is in Australia though...have you checked out www.realitycheck.org.au ? this is designed for teens and young adults with D - I hope you find it useful!

I'm a new person to this site only just yesterday (refer my other posts if you want lol)
I have a 14yr old daughter who is in the Royal Children's Hospital just been diagnosed yesterday with Type 1 . Her levels are slowly coming down, and she should be coming home by the weekend, we think.
She wants to meet teens like you on the Net, and is always chatting on MSN with her friends anyway..(she told me today, she feels bit freaky, since she know no one at school who has diabetes at all!)
Would it be ok to give her the Group details when she is home and back on the Net?;)
