cookies: 1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar/equal value in splenda

mix together, take spoon and spoon onto pan. take fork and make traditional criss crosses on the top. cook @ 350 farenheight for 10- 15 min or until golden brown. Enjoy!!:)
22 carbohydrate grams per cookie about the size of your palm.

oh and thats w/ the sugar, not splenda. the carbs i mean.

I make these will 1 C. splenda. I have used sugar; and the texture is different, of course, with sugar. I recently found a recipe that calls for one cup of almond flour to that recipe. It gives a great texture and I love them with the almond flour in the recipe. A cup of blanched almond flour adds about 24 carbs to the entire recipe.

this recipe has one cup of peanut butter, one cup of sugar (or like the amount of splenda that equals one cup of sugar) and one egg, hope that cleared that up!:D
