My cousin has opened a new restautrant and is looking for recipes for "sugar-free" desserts per request from some of his customers. If anyone has any great web sites I can point him to or magazines that specialize in this, that would be great.

THere is a magazine that has some good recipes in it called Diabetic Cooking.
My daughter loves that but the thing I like about it is it has all of the Dietary Exchanges marked up. They always do a variety of recipes in each one.
We normally do not do sugar free recipes though but the magazine has both and the ones that are are easy to change.
