So I just went in to check Kaylee.. she's been checked a lot tonight since she's had a lot of lows.. but I untucked her hand from her pillow and pricked her finger and she called me a witch.. with a B.. OMG.. my sweet little 4 year old called me this IN HER SLEEP.. :eek:
I woke my DH up and told him that she's tired of getting checked at night!

:Domgoodness.......:D:D:D i dont blame her a bit. I wish I did'nt have to check Trey either. But we Go on. Its going to happen! There will be a day when there will be no more bedtime or other time bs checks ..

That is too funny. Poor kid! Have you thought about a CGMS? I have come to rely on it at night and hate it when she's not wearing it!

that`s a riot. i remember sending my son to his room when he was in gr1. he wrapped a little note around a toy and hurled it into the hall.
i opened it up and it said " yur a meen mummy an a *****."
i was trying not to laugh out loud. it was hard. i never figured out how he was able to spell ***** correctly!:D

We WANT a CGMS so bad.. in the middle of fighting w/ the insurance company over it.. when we get the denial (which I KNOW we will LOL)
we will go ahead and get it ourselves and then keep fighting the insurance company.. we can borrow out of my DH retirement fund.. so we are going to get the transmitter and 6months worth of sensors.. and pay them back, slowly LOL... and keep fighting the insurance..and hopefully by the time the 6months is up.. it will be standard for the insurance to cover it..
I don't think she remembered saying it.. her eyes were even closed last night while she said it.. I just about peed my pants from laughing.. and woke up my DH and he laughed too..
