donation jars.. we've got them in 5 businesses right now.. every single one of them said they'd put them out.. I've got more to make.. I don't want to forget where I put them though LOL..

and while we dropped of the donation jars we gave each owner a letter asking for business donations.. and in return they'll get free advertising.. we are going to make a big banner and carry it with our group on our walk.. each business that donates I'll put their logo on.. worked well when we made our t-shirts last year:) we are using the same t-shirts this year so we'll make a banner instead:)

That is a great idea... we are going to try and do the walk this year (depending on Phoenix) and my husband is going to try to get his unit to run in formation and get donations from the other platoons on base...

I've been saving coffee cans for the same idea. I thought of putting a cute picture of my son on the can. But I am really not sure what to put.
